When will my order arrive?
Order by Sunday night and your groceries arrive on Tuesday. The day before, we text you a 1.5 hour delivery window.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
No worries. The night before your delivery we text you a 1.5 hour delivery window and ask if you'll be home. If not, tell us where to leave your order: insulated packaging and cold packs keep frozen items frozen all day and cold items fresh until you get home.
How does my food stay fresh?
We keep the cold chain from the farm to your door, in temperature-controlled trucks with separate space for frozen, cold and pantry items.
Do I need to tip my driver?
No. Your delivery fee covers everything. Our drivers are fairly paid employees, not gig workers relying on tips.
Do I need a membership?
No, anyone can shop. Membership unlocks member prices on hundreds of local products, and you can cancel any time.
